Eleanor has developed quite the vocabulary in the last few months. She has gotten extremely adept at communicating with all of us. I guess she has to work hard to get a word in edgewise with Anna Kate and Caroline around here! Here are her words at 16 months:

Cack cack – quack quack
Buh – book
Me – this usually means “Give it to me.”
Pah – potty
Puh – puffs (the treats she gets for going on the potty)
Bay Bay – baby doll
Bink – blanky
DowTa – downstairs
Ch Ch – Cheese
Toes
Nack – snack
Cah – call (anytime she sees a phone)
Sauce – applesauce
Owside – outside
Bah bah – bye bye (with quite the southern accent)
Nah nah – night night (see above)
Pock – Pocket (what she calls her favorite book – “There’s a Wocket in my Pocket”)
Rocka – rock (like to go to sleep)
Moo
Baa
Woof Woof
Maa (Goat sound)
Eeeow (meow)
